The housekeeping was impeccable, ensuring a pristine environment throughout our stay. The tours and ticket assistance provided a seamless experience exploring the historic surroundings. The availability of heating made our room cozy, while the splendid terrace allowed for a relaxing moment in the fresh air. The spa features including the steam room and Turkish bath were a luxurious touch, perfect for unwinding after a day of skiing or hiking in the beautiful area. The free toiletries were a nice addition to the well-appointed room.
